Return & Refund Policy – Fonteyn Houston
At Fonteyn Houston, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our updated return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number) and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns are only accepted with an authorized RMA.
To request an RMA, please contact us at Support@fonteyntexas.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Contact information
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return
Return Conditions
- Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
- Items showing signs of use or installation cannot be returned.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable insurance.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for new, unused items returned within 14 days. Please follow the same process as for returns by requesting an RMA.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Spas and hot tubs
- Spa covers
- Custom or special order items
- Grills and fire pits
- Heaters (spa or patio)
- Electrical parts and spa pumps
- Opened chemical products
These items may still be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact us for warranty-related inquiries.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Support@fonteyntexas.com. Photos of the issue may be required to help us resolve the matter quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 30 business days.
If more than 30 days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@fonteyntexas.com.
Return Location
All returns and exchanges must be completed in store. Please contact us for directions or to schedule a drop-off.
