Delivery Areas
We offer free delivery within the state of Texas on all spas purchased through Fonteyn Houston. For deliveries outside of Texas, please contact us directly at Support@fonteyntexas.com for a custom quote and availability.
Delivery Timeline
Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date. Most in-stock spas are delivered within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your location and product availability.
Delivery Includes
• Delivery to your home address
• Placement of the spa in your backyard or designated location (accessible areas only)
• Basic setup and inspection by our delivery team
Please note: Electrical hookup is not included and must be arranged by a licensed electrician.
Site Preparation
Before delivery, please ensure that your site is level, accessible, and that there is a clear path free of obstacles. If you’re unsure about the requirements, our team is happy to advise.
Shipping Outside of Texas
Shipping outside of Texas is available on request. We will coordinate with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Additional charges may apply based on distance and access.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused spas in original condition and packaging. Custom and clearance models are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@fonteyntexas.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at Support@fonteyntexas.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
